As our resort condominium complex in Perdido Key, Fla., continues to take shape, we are pleased to welcome Mark Anthony Puno, a former U.S. Army Sergeant with nearly two decades of experience managing multi-million-dollar design and construction projects, to the Krystal Key Beach Resort team as co-developer.
He lives in Pace, Florida, with his family and also serves as a senior principal with a custom home builder and a capital fund firm. Mark’s skills in project financing, joint ventures, negotiation, audit, evaluation and administration of contractors make him a true asset to the Krystal Key Beach Resort team.
Mark also is chairman and treasurer of Veterans 4 Veterans Corp., a Pensacola, Fla., nonprofit group that helps homeless veterans and newly transitioning veterans with job searches, housing, transportation, plus intervention and prevention of suicide and dependency on substance abuse. He is instrumental in offering assistance by building and/or providing homes for veterans until they get back on their feet.
