PERDIDO KEY, FLA. (February 20, 2019) Mark Anthony Puno, a former U.S. Army Sergeant with more than a decade of experience managing multi-million-dollar design and construction projects on two continents, has joined the Krystal Key Beach Resort (KKBR) team as co-developer.

A Pace High School graduate and resident, Puno serves as a senior principal with Titan Custom Homes FL, Inc. and Titan Capital Fund I, Inc.. With 18 years of experience in project controls and project management fields, Puno is a recognized expert in the area of schedule delay analysis, productivity loss, project controls and construction dispute avoidance and resolution, Phillips said.
Puno also is the Chairman and Treasurer of Veterans 4 Veterans Corp., a Pensacola, Fla. nonprofit group that helps homeless and newly transitioning veterans with job searches, housing, transportation, suicide and drug abuse prevention.
