Cindy Stewart Phillips
Growing up on the Alabama Gulf Coast, Cindy Stewart Phillips first began working in real estate in Mobile County, Alabama in 1988. After running a family golf business in Orlando, Florida and the country of Norway, she returned with her son, Brandon Hubbard, to the Gulf Shores area in 1997.
Since 1998, Cindy has worked in the Baldwin County, AL real estate industry in areas including condominium association management, real estate consulting and sales and development as owner of her own company. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors, The Alabama Association of Realtors and the Baldwin County Board of Realtors.
A graduate of the Leadership Baldwin County Class of 2005-2006, Cindy is actively involved with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Sea Turtle Watch (Share-the-Beach) project. She currently serves as a volunteer for the Gulf Shores Annual National Shrimp Festival as Chairman of the Sponsor Hospitality Tent during the four-day event which attracts more than 225,000 visitors annually. She is a past member of the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo Board of Directors.
